Global Retailindo Pratama) <p><em>To get good employees, a good selection process is needed. From the results of the interview, PT. Global Retailindo Pratama uses four criteria for the selection of new employees, education, intelligence, experience, and interviews. All prospective employees must take an exam to measure the criteria of education and intelligence and also have to send a photocopy of proof of their experience. The first stage selection is done to determine the prospective applicants who will take part in the interview. The second stage is conducted to determine the prospective employees who are accepted. The process of assessment and selection is still done by humans, so it takes a lot of time and energy. This problem can be solved by providing an information system for submitting applications and conducting examinations online. All documents are sent in digital form, also automaticlly checking answers from prospective employees. To select prospective employees, a method is needed that can recommend potential prospective employees based on specified criteria. The TOPSIS method is a decision support method that can provide recommendations in accordance with the criteria. The disadvantage of the TOPSIS method is that it requires weighting in the ranking process. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be used to determine the criteria weight. Combining AHP and TOPSIS methods can produce more objective ranking results. Ignorance of lay people to predict the likelihood of the disease either from a derivative or derivatives is still not a bit. These things affect the level of vigilance sufferers against things that can trigger diabetes getting worse. Classification of research aims to form model decision tree in order for handling derivative-based diabetes disease are increasingly easy to do. To generate new information then used calculation algorithm c. 45 and testing algorithms that use application rapid miner would further reinforce the decision. The research on testing using multiple attribute classification i.e. the attribute weight, gender, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and a history of diabetes. In improving </em><em>whirlwind</em><em>disaster mitigation preparedness, analysis of historical&nbsp; data of events is needed to minimize the possibility of losses. In this study, data analysis was carried out using the Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) method with the Zoho Reports application so that it can be known to the region prone to whirlwind and the time of occurrence to help those who have an importance in decision making. However, around 54% of Muslims cannot read the Qur'an. Many teenagers and adults argue that this is due to lack of time, shame to learn, not having a teacher and so on. Based on these problems, many methods are formulated to help the community in learning. The Tsaqifa method is one method that is claimed to make people able to read the Qur'an in just 7.5 hours. However, along with technological advances, this method began to be considered conventional. Therefore, there needs to be a new alternative so that learning methods can keep up with technological advances. Utilization of instant messaging can be used as an alternatives to implement existing learning methods especially Tsaqifa method that is expected can help communities learn independently, quickly, easily and interactively. In this study, the application of the Tsaqifa method was carried out by developing an application of chatbot in learning the Al-Qur'an reading media that utilizes the LINE Messaging API.&nbsp; Applications that have been built are tested with 2 methods that is Blackbox Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). The expected benefits of this research are helping users to master Japanese. The method used in this study is the prototype method. The research begins by designing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Activity Diagrams. Then it is implemented into the Java Java programming language. Based on the results of the study, the author has succeeded in developing a Japanese language learning system at the elementary level to help elementary, middle and high school students and the Makassar community learn Japanese through the application. This application is designed to be easy to use for various ages. The expected benefit of this research is to help the user get the best tourist recommendation information available in South Sulawesi based on the conditions in input factors. The theorem or method used in this study, namely the theorem Naïve Bayes. </em><em>The design of the system is</em><em>implemented using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The instruments most frequently used by universities as reference materials to evaluate performance and productivity based on his/her website is through a college assessor database world, including Webometrics and 4ICU. Correlation between linking Webometrics and 4ICU are aimed to assist colleges in analyzing the quality of traffic services in the field of scientific publications in order to be able to compete in the global sphere and certainly for the better. The methodology used by using spearman rank correlation against major # 29 University according to the webometrics ranking based on 4ICU and 29 top-rated website 4ICU. Based on data from the Indonesian Statistics Agency, corn productivity in Indonesia from 2005 to 2015 calculated an unstable curve. Therefore this research was conducted to predict and see the large growth of maize in Indonesia for the following years so that the government has a reference to continuously strive to increase corn productivity in Indonesia in order to remain stable in order to meet the needs of Indonesian people to minimize corn imports. This study uses data on corn productivity in Indonesia in 2005-2015 sourced from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics. The prediction algorithm used is the Backpropagation Neural Network. This algorithm is able to predict data well, especially data that is maintained for a certain period of time. To facilitate data analysis, the author uses the Matlab 2011b application. In this study, a training and testing process will be carried out using 5 network architecture models, namely 5-25-1, 5-43-1, 5-76-1, 5-78-1 and 7-128-1.
